Locklear Residence

Located on a waterfront site, this residence was designed to minimize square footage without sacrificing aethestics, function, sustainability or the view of Longs Peak. It utilizes natural daylight, reduced solar heat gain, and a geothermal heat exchanger for radiant heat and high velocity cooling. Unique salvage features were handpicked by the owner and architect, such as cast iron balusters from a demolished municipal project in Ireland.
